Constantin Boye

Constantin Boye is a Principal on the European Technology investment team and leads Alfa's growth equity efforts with a focus on enterprise software. Constantin is based in London. Since joining Alfa in 2016, he has been actively involved in executing and managing Alfa's investments in Hack The Box, Shopware, 1E (acquired by TeamViewer), SER Group (acquired by TA Associates), NetMotion Software (acquired by Absolute Software) and VWD Group (acquired by Infront ASA).

Prior to joining Alfa, Constantin was an Associate of Summit Partners where he originated, executed and managed growth capital investments in technology companies. Prior to Summit, Constantin worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Jefferies.

Constantin received an M.A. (Cantab) and B.A. in Economics from Cambridge University with First Class Honors.
