Dalila Dolci

Dalila Dolci is a Vice President on the Alfa Europe Partners investment advisory team. She is based in Milan.

Mrs. Dolci currently serves on the Board of Flos B&B Italia Group (former Design Holding) and Dainese. She previously served on the Board of Irca and END., and she has been part of the deal team that supported Alfa's investment in Golden Goose.

Prior to joining Alfa in 2018, Mrs. Dolci was an Associate with McKinsey & Company in Milan.

She received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University summa cum laude and a Bachelors in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University summa cum laude.
