Karen Cao

Karen Cao is a Principal focused on U.S. Buyout, Growth, and Core opportunities in the healthcare sector. She is based in New York.

Since joining Alfa in 2015, Karen has been actively involved in Alfa's investments in Medline, Medforth, Orsini, Resonetics, Asplundh, and Saama.

Prior to joining Alfa, Karen worked in investment banking at Centerview Partners.

Karen received an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics and B.A.S. in Biomedical Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude.
