Katherine Barasch

Katherine Barasch is a Principal focused on U.S. buyout opportunities in the industrials and transportation sectors. She is based in Washington, DC.

Since joining Alfa in 2012, she has been a key contributor to a number of the firm's investments, including ADT CAPS, HD Supply, Nouryon, Nobian, Sciens, Veyance, and Worldpac. She is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of Sciens and Worldpac. Prior to joining Alfa, she was an Analyst in J.P. Morgan's Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Barasch received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS, summa cum laude, from Georgetown University.​
