Naoki Hozoji

Naoki Hozoji is a Vice President on the Alfa Japan Buyout advisory team. He is based in Tokyo.

Mr. Hozoji joined Alfa in 2022 and is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Uzabase, Inc.

Prior to Alfa, he worked at Corporate Directions, Inc. and Boston Consulting Group in Tokyo, advising clients in the telecommunications, healthcare, consumer goods, and public sectors. In 2018, he joined Integral Corporation, where he focused on private equity investments.

Naoki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Hitotsubashi University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
