Rob Sears

Rob Sears is a Principal on the Global Portfolio Solutions team focused on supporting the technology operations of Alfa portfolio companies. He is responsible for managing Alfa's strategic technology partnerships and tech-driven value creation. Mr. Sears is based in Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Alfa, Mr. Sears was with Pace Harmon, where he helped to lead global strategy and technology engagements for Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries. Prior to that, he worked at BearingPoint supporting technology transformation initiatives for domestic and international government agencies.

Mr. Sears received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Virginia.
