Robert Rosen

Robert Rosen is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Alfa's Americas Corporate Private Equity business. Mr. Rosen also oversees the finance and operations of Alfa Japan and is a member of the Alfa Japan Investment Committee. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Rosen is responsible for overseeing the administration of funds, including fund formation, transaction structuring and execution, financial reporting, investment valuations, compliance management and investor relations. Mr. Rosen is also a member of Alfa's Operating Committee and Risk Committee. 

Mr. Rosen joined Alfa in 2006 and is based in Washington, DC. He received his BS in accounting from American University and his MS in business and management from University of Maryland.
