Rosie Conder

Rosie is Sustainability Lead for Credit at Alfa, leading the design, execution and management of a market-leading approach to ESG integration across Alfa's Global Credit platform. She is based in the London office.

Prior to joining Alfa, Rosie was Responsible Investment Manager at Manulife CQS, supporting Portfolio Managers, the Research team and wider business with the integration of environmental, social and governance considerations. In this role, she was Chair of the Engagement Group, a Voting Member of the Responsible Investment Governance Committee and Secretary of the Product Governance Group.

Before Manulife CQS, Rosie was a Global Investment Consultant at Mercer, advising UK and international pension schemes in over 100 countries on all aspects of the investment cycle, including how to integrate sustainability policies and ESG beliefs across asset classes. She also advised multinational corporates on diversity and inclusion, employee benefits and mergers and acquisitions.

Rosie holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics with Finance from the University of Liverpool, is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and holds both the CFA UK Investment Management Certificate and Certificate in ESG Investing.
