Toshihiko Nishizawa

Toshihiko Nishizawa is a Managing Director and Partner of the Alfa Japan buyout advisory team and co-head of the Industrial sectors team. He is based in Tokyo.

Since joining Alfa in 2011, Mr. Nishizawa has been involved with advising Alfa's portfolio companies such as Covalent Materials Corporation (current CoorsTek KK), Walbro Co., Ltd., Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd., CxS Corporation (former Diversey Co., Ltd.), ARUHI Corporation (former SBI Mortgage Co., Ltd.), SENQCIA CORPORATION (former Hitachi Metals Techno, Ltd.) Sunsho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd. He also spent four months at the Industrial & Transportation team based in DC. He is currently a board of member of Enewill inc. (former JAG Energy Co., Ltd.) and TOTOKU INC. (former TOTOKU ELECTRIC Co., Ltd.).

Prior to joining Alfa, Mr. Nishizawa was an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank. He spent over six years both in Tokyo and London and was engaged mainly in M&A advisory services.

Mr. Nishizawa received a B.A. from Keio University in Japan.
